The ElevateHER Movement is a confidence, etiquette, and personal development program designed to empower girls ages 6-17 to grow into confident, graceful, and self-aware young women.

Our mission is to create a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment where girls can build self-esteem, develop life skills, and learn the importance of carrying themselves with confidence, purpose, and high standards.

Through interactive classes, mentorship, group discussions, etiquette training, and hands-on experiences, participants are encouraged to embrace who they are while developing the tools needed to succeed socially, emotionally, and personally.

Eboni M. Ingram is the founder and visionary behind

The ElevateHER Movement; a confidence, etiquette, and personal development program created to empower girls to grow into confident, graceful, and self-aware young women.

Driven by a passion for mentorship and youth development, Eboni created The ElevateHER Movement to provide girls with a safe and uplifting space where they can build confidence, learn life skills, and understand the importance of self-worth, presentation, and high standards.

With a heart for helping others and a strong belief that guidance, encouragement, and positive environments can truly shape a young girl’s future, Eboni designed this program to go beyond surface-level motivation. Her vision is centered around helping girls develop from the inside out, emotionally, socially, and personally.
